Job summary

GardaWorld Security is hiring a Tactical Security Guard at our Woodburn, Oregon site. This full-time role runs on a 40-hour schedule: Wednesday and Thursday graveyard from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m., and Friday and Sunday swing from 4 p.m.

to 12 a.m. Earn $18 per hour with DailyPay options, and join a team dedicated to safety and vigilance. Responsibilities include patrolling, identifying risks, verifying identities, and responding to incidents.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Site Location: Woodburn, Oregon
• Set schedule: Full-time, Wednesday & Thursday, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m., Graveyard, and Friday & Sunday, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Swing, 40 Hours
• Competitive hourly wage of $18 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential, as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.
