GardaWorld Security is seeking a Tactical Security Officer in St. Louis, MO. The role requires patrolling diverse environments, verifying identities, and responding quickly to incidents to protect people and property.

The position offers full-time 2nd shift (Wed–Sat, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.) or part-time 3rd shift (Fri–Sat, 11 p.m.–7 a.m.), with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity

• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: St. Louis, MO
• Set schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift, Wednesday through Saturday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Part-Time, 3rd Shift. Friday through Saturday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Must be 21 years of age
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
