Job summary

  • Experience in Airport Planning, Airport Operations, or Airport Maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate overlapping projects among project managers, contractors, airport operations, airlines, security, maintenance, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date project list for projects at Denver International Airport.
  • Establish and facilitate regular coordination meetings with stakeholders and project managers.
  • Conduct site walks and pre-construction field reviews to confirm scope, access routes, safety concerns, and constraints.
  • Support communication planning by preparing updates, presentations, notices, and meeting materials.
  • Help identify and resolve conflicts between construction requirements and airport operations.
  • Identify operational impacts from construction, closures, phasing changes, or access restrictions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

About Your Role

Support airport project coordination by identifying operational impacts, aligning overlapping project activities, facilitating stakeholder engagement, conducting site visits, tracking project schedules and risks, work with the Sr. Tactical Planner and Project Managers to suggest future project timelines, and helping project teams mitigate construction-related impacts to airport operations

  • Experience preparing stakeholder communications, presentations, project updates, notices, and meeting materials.

Salary
  • $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 annually

Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, skills, certifications, and other job-related factors.

A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
