Job summary

Resolution Think LLC seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to support an embedded human performance program for ANG TACP/AFSPECWAR. You will work with elite tactical athletes on injury management, prevention, and performance optimization to extend careers and readiness.

This role requires a DPT, 5+ years in related settings, and an unrestricted PT license with CPR/AED. Expect a full‑time schedule, on‑site work in Camp Murray, WA, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• DPT degree accredited by CAPTE (Doctor of Physical Therapy).
• 5+ years of PT experience in collegiate, professional, tactical athletics, or high‑performance environments.
• Current unrestricted PT license with CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded Doctor of Physical Therapy for musculoskeletal injury management and performance optimization.
• Conduct examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, prognoses, interventions, and outcome assessments.
• Manage complex neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions with corrective and postural strategies.
• Provide injury-prevention services including assessments, education, and nutrition guidance.
• Develop Individual Training Plans and coordinate feedback and modifications for safe returns to training.
• Advise unit leaders on injury prevention and rehabilitation; help develop SOPs for the PT program.
• Maintain patient records per DHA-PM 6025.02 using government systems.
• Attend staff meetings to review and improve physical‑training programs.
