Job summary

The candidate must have DoD eligibility and strong problem-solving and project management skills. The position requires a bachelor's in engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence implementations.
• Ability to improve throughput, reduce lead time, and drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, plan, and design systems or processes; integrate hardware/software, embedded systems, or service platforms; conduct research applying engineering principles.
• Perform cost estimates, engineering studies, and feasibility analyses; lead pilot projects and effective process development.
• Design, implement, and sustain new operating systems, workflows, and standard work that improve execution and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive corrective actions to improve on-time delivery, quality, productivity, and capacity.
