Job summary

NETSEA Technologies is seeking a Tactical Network Engineer to provide engineering and technical support for Army tactical communications systems across multiple locations. This role requires hands-on experience with networking devices and systems such as routers and switches, and familiarity with Army tactical network systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. You will work closely with systems engineering teams to ensure reliable communications and troubleshoot complex network challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or minimum 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with Army tactical network systems or similar environments.
• Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and verify network devices for tactical environments.
• Perform Tier 1/2 diagnostics and fault isolation.
• Maintain accurate configuration records and logs.
• Deliver hands-on support at Army installations.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve integration challenges.
