Qualifications

• Strong understanding of DoDAF and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end tactical network architectures integrating RF, SATCOM, and IP transport.
• Lead design of multi-domain, multi-transport communications systems.
• Develop architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and technical strategies.
