The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year.

The Tactical Buyer is responsible for sourcing and procuring indirect goods and services that support Operations, Facilities, IT, Engineering Services, and other functional departments. This role manages daily purchasing activities, supports strategic sourcing initiatives, evaluates supplier capabilities, and ensures timely delivery of critical non-production items required to meet operational, safety, and compliance needs. The Indirect Buyer partners closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, drive cost reduction, mitigate supply risk, and ensure alignment with Eaton’s Strategic Supply Chain goals.
