Job summary

Flexjet in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Tactical Maintenance Planner to develop and manage maintenance schedules for Praetor 500/600, Challenger 350, G450, and G650 aircraft. The role focuses on reliability and aircraft availability across multiple fleet types.

The position requires coordinating 60-day planning windows, reviewing inspections, planning modifications, generating work orders, and reporting metrics while collaborating with QA and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

3 years aviation experience required (corporate aircraft experience preferred).
FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses (A&P) preferred.
Must possess the legal ability to work in the United States.
Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs.
Basic knowledge of business processes, exceptional organization, and record keeping skills required.
Ability to function effectively independently or as a team member.
Successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual and a self-starter who works effectively under pressure and within time constraints.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for assigned aircraft types.
Coordinate with QA and plan maintenance within a 60-day window.
Review inspection requirements and develop preventative maintenance scopes.
Identify and schedule aircraft modifications, refurbishments, and related maintenance.
Generate work orders detailing scopes to ensure compliance with inspection programs.
Determine material and tooling requirements and oversee requisition.
