Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of aviation maintenance experience, preferably corporate, with an A&P license preferred, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Windows and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years aviation experience required (corporate aircraft experience preferred).
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P) preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.
• Strong organization and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance schedules for assigned aircraft types.
• Forecast scheduled maintenance within a 60-day window.
• Review inspection requirements and plan preventive work-scopes.
• Identify, plan, and schedule modifications and refurbishments.
• Generate work orders and manage materials and tooling requisitions.
• Analyze ADs and SBs for fleet types.
• Coordinate with QA on inspection program revisions.
• Produce metrics and operational impact reports.
• Lead monthly planning meetings.
• Assist team members during peak workload.
