Job summary

Kwaan Tech, LLC, a Cape Fox subsidiary, seeks a TACP Simulator Operator/Maintainer to support Contract Academic Training (CAT), Courseware Development (CWD), Distributed Mission Operations (DMO), and staff services to the Air Operations Center at multiple locations.

The salary range is $83,200-$93,600 and benefits include holidays, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K with company match.

Responsibilities

• Maintain software baseline per SPO/TSSC guidance and ensure simulator hardware/software function.
• Function test hardware/software to resolve problems and perform on-site repairs.
• Manage system security audits and troubleshoot simulator networks.
• Provide IT support for simulator issues and maintain baseline network connectivity.
• Install OS, patches, and applicable system controls.
• Create realistic combat scenarios across ASOC, JTAC/TACP training.
