Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited radiologic technology program by time of hire.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Demonstrates knowledge of radiation safety and patient protection.
• Effective communication with patients, physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality general radiographic and specialty images per protocols.
• Input patient data into RIS and verify proper identification and orders.
• Maintain patient safety, explain procedures and provide education as needed.
• Ensure equipment readiness and comply with safety and infection control policies.
• Collaborate with radiology leadership and staff to support workflows.
