Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program by time of hire.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Demonstrates strong communication and problem solving-skills to work effectively with physicians, customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality general radiographic and specialty images per clinical protocols.
• Position patients to best demonstrate area of interest while respecting comfort.
• Input patient information into RIS and ensure proper identification.
• Provide patient education and ensure confidentiality and safety.
• Maintain radiation safety and perform QA/QC activities as appropriate.
• Assist lead technologist and participate in training and policy development.
