Taco Casa is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Lancaster, TX location. The role focuses on guiding team members, ensuring fast, friendly service, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment during shifts.

You will support daily operations, assist with food prep and quality control, and mentor newer staff while upholding high guest satisfaction and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
