Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a bonus program paid periodically based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life

• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial review.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors, and will be discussed during hiring. Expected starting ranges include:

• Colorado: $55,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
