Job summary

KBP Bells, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Taco Bell location. You will drive profitability, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold food quality standards while developing talent and fostering a positive culture.

As a GM, you will recruit and coach staff, manage cash controls and inventory, and work to achieve store goals. Compensation is commensurate with experience and location, with generous development opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk through shifts and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory and labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.

• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $62353.20 per year - $70000.00 per year.
