Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life

• Control profitability by managing cash, inventory, labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
