Typical Day
  • Manage profitability through financial and operational controls.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire staff including managers and team members.
  • Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
  • Oversee inventory and maintain cleanliness and customer experience standards.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibilities, preferably in QSR.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation

Salary varies by location and experience, with starting ranges in some states as follows:

  • Colorado: $55,000 - $58,000
  • New York: $55,000 - $60,000
