Bonus Program

Eligible GMs can participate in a bonus program paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life

• Manage profitability through cash control, security procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff for operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation

Starting salary varies by location and experience, with ranges such as:

• Colorado: $55,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
