A Day in the Life
  • Manage profitability by controlling cash/security procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
  • Coach and train employees for operational excellence.
  • Complete inventory counts.
  • Ensure cleanliness and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendly service and quality products.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
  • Managers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, maneuver safely through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Starting ranges for new hires:

  • Colorado: $55,000 - $58,000
  • New York: $55,000 - $60,000
