A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager
  • Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
  • Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
  • Complete inventory counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience.
What You Bring to the Table
  • At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely, and stand/walk for entire shifts.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges as follows:

  • Colorado: $55,000 - $58,000
  • New York: $55,000 - $60,000
