Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure a friendly, efficient, and accurate service experience at our quick service restaurant, helping travelers leave better than they arrived.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing excellent customer service in a fun and trusting environment
  • Serving customers courteously and efficiently with a positive attitude
  • Preparing quality food and maintaining cleanliness
  • Processing transactions on a POS register
  • Prioritizing tasks based on guest needs
  • Maintaining equipment and following safety procedures
  • Communicating effectively with team members and leaders
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team player
  • Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
  • Food service experience is a plus
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay range: $13.75 - $17.46 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
