Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a TACLAN Engineer to provide essential technical and acquisition support to the TACLAN program with U.S. Special Operations Command. This role integrates network engineering with acquisition lifecycle management to deliver tactical communications capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in related fields and a Bachelor's degree. This position requires a Secret clearance with the potential for Top Secret.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tactical network engineering or military C4ISR systems.
• Familiarity with TACLAN hardware/software baseline components.
• Knowledge of the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification process.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering assessments and technical recommendations throughout the system lifecycle.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert on TACLAN systems.
• Conduct trade-off analyses and risk assessments.
