CRH plc via APAC-Kansas, Inc., Shears Construction, seeks skilled laborers to operate tack trucks and heavy equipment on highway projects in Kansas. You will inspect vehicles, follow DOT rules, and work with a team to deliver quality results in a safe, collaborative environment.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, pay between $23 and $25 per hour, and a culture that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing development within a leading corporation that still feels like a small company.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18 for safety requirements.
• Valid CDL Class B with tanker endorsement.
• Clean MVR in line with company standards.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather.
• Provide I-9 documentation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; construction experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate tack trucks and heavy equipment on road and site projects.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain records.
• Follow dispatch, policies, and OSHA/MSHA safety regulations.
• Load and unload materials; assist with general labor as needed.
• Collaborate with team, maintain equipment, and keep site safe.

Conhecimentos

CDL Class B with tanker endorsement
