AJ Construction INC in Pearl, Mississippi is hiring an Asphalt Tack Truck Driver. You will operate the tack truck safely, support the paving crew, and ensure equipment is maintained to high standards. A valid CDL is required, with Hazmat preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience required.
• CDL Class A preferred (Class B acceptable).

• Current DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Always keep your truck clean.
• Maintain truck and distributor: tires, fluids, etc.
• Assist paving crew with various duties as assigned.
• Heat Tack and operate Tack truck.
• Protect areas not to be primed.
• Take beginning/ending rack readings and complete tack reports.
• Complete log books, vehicle inspections and site condition reports.
• Communicate with dispatchers using two-way radios and verbal communication.

Job Summary

This job requires you to be responsible for safely and productively operate and handle equipment, calibrate and operate distributor

Job Responsibilities
