  • Precise Assembly & Testing: Use hand tools, wrenches, and other equipment to assemble and test cleaned pump and tubing anchor parts.
  • Visual Inspections: Check barrels, plungers, valve cages, balls, and seats for accuracy to ensure reliability.
  • Operate Testing Equipment: Use testers and micrometers to validate performance.
  • Assess Parts Quality: Determine reuse or replacement for quality and cost efficiency.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse operations and inventory as needed.
  • Maintain Organization & Cleanliness: Keep workspace, machines, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities to support team goals.

Your Role: TAC Technician As a TAC technician, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our products by using your mechanical skills to build and repair pumps to exacting standards. This is a hands‑on role in which attention to detail and technical proficiency are key.


Key Responsibilities


  • Precise Assembly & Testing: Use hand tools, wrenches, and other equipment to assemble and test cleaned pump and tubing anchor parts.

  • Visual Inspections: Carefully check parts like barrels, plungers, valve cages, balls, and seats for accuracy to ensure product reliability.

  • Operate Testing Equipment: Utilize tools such as ball and seat testers, vacuum testers, and air micrometers to validate part and equipment performance.

  • Assess Parts Quality: Evaluate all parts to determine whether they should be reused or replaced, supporting both quality and cost‑efficiency.

  • Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse operations and inventory as needed.

  • Maintain Organization & Cleanliness: Ensure your workspace, machines, tools, and equipment are clean and organized.

  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and company goals.


Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with mechanical skills; prior TAC or pump technician experience preferred.


Mechanical Aptitude: Knowledge of various mechanical tools, testing equipment, and inventory practices.


Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a commitment to quality.


Physical Ability: Must be able to safely lift 50+ pounds regularly.


Dependable: Reliable attendance and a clean driving record are essential.


Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and proficiency with basic math (including fractions and measurements)
