We are seeking a Tablet Press Operator to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ. You will set up and operate tablet press equipment, monitor tablet quality, and help maintain accurate batch documentation while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (training provided).
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients using compounding formulas.
• Set up and operate tablet press equipment.
• Monitor tablet quality (thickness, hardness, size).
• Package and label finished medications.
• Follow pharmacy safety and compounding procedures.
• Clean and maintain tablet press and lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues when needed.
• Complete batch runs within production timelines.
• Help maintain accurate batch and lot documentation.
• Support production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Follow all lab safety standards and PPE requirements.

We are seeking a Tablet Press Operator (Equipment Operator) to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Compensation: $22.00/hour

How You'll Make An Impact

What We're Looking For
