Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support inventory control, receiving and order processing. You will work onsite in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate records and coordinate with pharmacy staff.

The role requires 1–2 years of inventory experience and NJ pharmacy technician registration, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficient stock management. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inventory control and receiving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
• Must register as a pharmacy technician in New Jersey.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems, spreadsheets and databases.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a pallet jack, and handle chemicals with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and documenting inventory control systems.
• Communicate with Ops Supervisors, Customer Care, and Pharmacist staff.
• Track and resolve inventory and open orders to minimize issues.
• Maintain production, quality control, and order documentation systems.
• Provide feedback to improve order processing and inventory control.
• Train new staff in policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, reorder points and stock.
• Verify, track, and manage incoming inventory and reorder reports.
• Ensure FIFO stock rotation and manage expired items.
• Identify and resolve inventory issues.
• Support order fulfillment and workflow optimization.
• Assist in receiving and putting away stock while following regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company policies.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Compensation: $19.00/hour

How You’ll Make An

Pay Range
