Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/trade training preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of machine operation experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food production.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted in a production environment with exposure to dust, powders, and materials.
• Willingness to travel for two 2-week training deployments in New York.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-compression and downstream tablet production activities to meet schedules; ensure SOPs and in-process quality checks are followed.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot tablet production machinery and related equipment following safety guidelines.
• Accurately complete batch records, logs, and production documentation in GDP and cGMP compliance.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain steady production flow.
