Job summary

Ideal candidates will have deep governance, performance optimization, and enablement experience, plus strong communication to translate business needs to engineering teams. Remote, Pacific Time overlap required.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of senior Tableau experience in enterprise deployments.
- Deep knowledge of governance, data sources, and permissions.
- Experience scaling Tableau with AI capabilities.
- Excellent communication with business teams and engineers.
- Americas-based with ability to overlap Pacific Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and extend a large Tableau deployment as a platform owner.
- Improve dashboard performance by diagnosing slow queries and design issues.
- Develop governance, training, and enablement materials for content authors.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate business needs into solutions.
- Coordinate with client teams for Pacific Time overlap.
