Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tableau Administrator to manage large-scale Tableau Server environments within a complex enterprise infra.

You will ensure reliability, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions. The role requires hands-on Tableau Server administration, strong Windows Server skills, and a proactive approach to automation and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years in Infrastructure Eng, Sys Admin, or similar roles.
• 3–5 years hands-on Tableau Server Admin experience.
• Experience supporting large Tableau environments.
• Strong Windows Server administration background.
• Troubleshooting prod issues in highly available setups.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise Tableau Server environments.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity, and availability across deployments.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Tableau Server infrastructure.
• Collaborate with infra, engineering, and apps teams for reliable operations.
• Analyze and resolve complex Tableau Server/Windows infra issues.
• Implement automation to improve ops efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support security, patching, and performance tuning activities.
• Contribute to deployment strategies and platform enhancements.
• Document procedures, configurations, and support processes.
