About The Role

Info Way Solutions LLC is seeking a Tableau Developer and Business Analyst to support the development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of data visualization and customer relationship management solutions. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting needs, organize data requirements, and turn complex information into useful, accessible insights. You will contribute throughout the solution lifecycle, from gathering requirements and reviewing data sources to building dashboards, supporting deployment, and addressing user feedback. The successful candidate will bring a sound understanding of database principles and design, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with varied levels of technical experience. This position is suited to someone who is comfortable balancing analytical work with hands‑on development and support. You will help ensure that reporting and CRM solutions are reliable, understandable, and aligned with the needs of the people who use them.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting objectives, identify relevant data, and translate needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Review data sources and database structures to support accurate, consistent, and useful reporting.
• Contribute to CRM development, configuration, maintenance, and user support. Investigate reported issues, identify potential causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions with relevant teams. Validate dashboards and CRM updates before release, document changes, and support deployment activities. Gather user feedback and recommend improvements to reporting tools, data presentation, and system workflows.
• Prepare clear documentation covering requirements, processes, data definitions, and solution functionality. Present findings and explain technical decisions in language appropriate to each audience. Collaborate with business and technical partners to coordinate work, communicate progress, and help deliver dependable solutions. Follow established practices for data quality, access, and confidentiality, and continue developing knowledge of relevant tools and business processes.
