A technology consulting firm is seeking a Tableau Developer to create dashboards and deliver insights based on complex data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tableau, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This is a remote position requiring applicants to be based in the USA, with a preference for those in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Tableau Cloud experience.
• 6+ years of building dashboards on Tableau.
• 1+ year experience with Tableau Cloud extensions.
• Must be a US person living in the US, preferably in the SF Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Create Tableau Cloud dashboards and analyze data.
• Present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop tools and processes for data management.

High Tech Genesis is hiring a Tableau Developer to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must.

In this role, you will:

• Create Tableau Cloud dashboards by analyzing data and deliver business insights for cross-functional team leaders.

• Derive actionable insights from complex data and present findings to stakeholders

• Create tools, processes, mechanisms, and automation that reduce the burden on our data stack as well as meeting requirements from stakeholders.

• Must be a US person, living in the US. (Living in the SF Bay Area is a plus.)

• 2yrs+ Tableau Cloud experience

• 6yrs+ Dashboard building on Tableau

• 3yrs+ Marketing/Sales KPIs knowledge

• 3yrs+ Salesforce knowledge for Marketing modules

• 1yr+ experience with creating Tableau Cloud extensions

• HTML, JavaScript, Tableau APIs experiences

• BS in Computer Science: (The emphasis in Data Engineering is preferred)

Desired skills:

• Financial KPIs knowledge is a preferred

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a cross-functional and global teams

• Positive attitude: takes ownership and initiative to fix problems and move on quickly
