You will work with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions and optimize performance across Tableau Server/Cloud environments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with Tableau, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to convert business requirements into meaningful and scalable BI solutions. Experience : Senior Tableau Developer: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical and visualization solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Connect Tableau to databases, data warehouses, Excel files, and cloud data sources.
• Develop calculated fields, parameters, filters, sets, LOD expressions, and interactive visualizations.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards and workbooks for performance and scalability.
• Create and manage Tableau data sources, extracts, and refresh schedules.
• Publish and manage dashboards on Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.
• Work with Tableau permissions, users, projects, and content where required.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on ETL, data models, and data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot dashboard, data, and production issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and dashboard specifications.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop.
• Good knowledge of Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of ETL and data integration concepts.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard design principles.
