Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.
• 6+ years of experience in BI Tools and 3+ years of working experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Demonstrated ability to design, load, and performance tune the STAR schema data model from flat files.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data engineering best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ability to perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working experience with Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Top 3 must-have skills: Highly skilled Tableau developer, excellent data analysis skills, requirement gathering.
• Nice-to-have qualities: Self-starter, quick learner, ability to create reports for senior management.
• Preferred background: At least 8 years of experience, including 5 years as a Tableau developer/data analyst, and 2+ years as a Business Analyst is a plus.
• Supporting a governance function with architecture.
• Interview process: 1-2 video calls, possibly an in-person interview.
• Working hours: EST 8-5, hybrid model (4 onsite, 1 remote), working with teams in the US and China.
• Contract duration: 6 months+, with potential extension.
