Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst (Dashboard Developer) to support Federal Government organizational and mission goals through analytics delivery and dashboarding.

This on-site role in Arlington, VA focuses on building Tableau-based visualization solutions, keeping dashboards reliable, and applying data cleaning and workflow improvements to support operational and strategic decision-making. Salary range is $98,000 to $163,000 per year with onsite location in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 1 year or more of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineering, data visualization, or data science.
• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions that deliver required analytics insights using Tableau.
• Lead and review data cleaning scripts using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools used for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and improved data handling, and contribute to implementation efforts.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases, translating business needs into scalable data science solutions.
• Provide client services while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
• Support business development activities, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers, along with internal firm initiatives and professional development.
