Job summary

SAIF Corporation seeks a seasoned BI Visualization Engineer to shape data storytelling and visualization standards. You’ll design interactive Tableau dashboards, improve user experience, and ensure analytics governance across datasets.

The role requires 6+ years in UI/UX, BI development, and data analytics, with emphasis on dashboard design, Tableau optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights for SAIF’s leadership.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in UI/UX design, business intelligence development, data visualization, and analytics solution delivery.
• Experience designing intuitive dashboards, data storytelling, and Tableau performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards applying best practices and data storytelling.
• Create accessible reports using layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and consistency.
• Leverage Tableau features, build reusable templates and design components.
• Conduct user feedback sessions and improve dashboard design.
• Optimize performance by improving queries, data sources, and bottleneck resolution.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Engineers, Data Modelers, and Analytics Solution Engineers to design semantic data models.
• Validate data accuracy and governance with certified data sources and metrics.
• Integrate diverse data sources via BI connectors.
• Manage Tableau content lifecycle with governance and publishing workflows.
