Notes: This Position is really a two-in-one job: part Tableau system administrator and part senior data analyst. On the admin side, this person is the “landlord” of our client's Tableau system—the main business intelligence tool. They make sure Tableau is running smoothly, stays secure, has the right user access, is kept up to date, and stays connected to Salesforce and other company data sources. They’re also expected to anticipate and prepare for Salesforce’s newest capabilities (Data Cloud and Agentforce), so the company’s reporting stays in step with Salesforce’s growth.

On the analyst side, this person takes the company’s big, messy datasets—especially Salesforce data—and turns them into clear, useful dashboards and reports that executives and business teams can actually act on. They don’t just show “what happened”; they also do deeper analysis like forecasting, spotting trends, and running A/B tests. They set data quality rules, clean up bad data, and help the company adopt consistent, trustworthy reporting practices. They also mentor other analysts and “power users,” teaching them how to use Tableau effectively and tell good data stories. In short, this role ensures the company’s data is reliable, easy to understand, and delivers real business value.
