Job summary

Eataly North America in Dallas is seeking a Table Support Team Member to deliver a high-quality dining experience by ensuring timely and accurate meal delivery and maintaining clean, organized tables. Reports to the Service Leads and Assistant General Managers.

You will greet guests, carry food and beverages from kitchen and bar, assist servers, and help maintain service area readiness. Availability includes evenings, weekends and holidays; lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, pours beverages, serves bread and olive oil.
• Runs food from kitchen to tables after ensuring each course is complete and accurate.
• Runs beverages from bar to guest tables and keeps water glasses filled.
• Removes used dishes and silverware and resets vacated tables.
• Maintains cleanliness of tables and chairs and assists servers.
• Understands food descriptions and ingredients of menu items.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
