Previous experience in dealing live table games is required.

Job Summary

Supervises the operations of table games on an assigned shift, focusing on guest service, security of assets, and team member motivation and coaching. Promotes integrity and high-quality customer service to patrons and team members.

Key Job Functions
  • Train, select, and direct Table Games personnel; maintain productivity; evaluate team members; handle questions, concerns, and complaints; coach and discipline; plan work; ensure safety and security; ensure legal compliance.
  • Inspire others with commitment and energy.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service; act as a positive role model.
  • Focus on customer interaction with positive energy and enthusiasm.
  • Evaluate service issues and involve team in improvements.
  • Communicate service problems and team plans; facilitate problem-solving.
  • Address service issues promptly and follow up for guest satisfaction.
  • Keep team informed of promotions and events.
  • Develop skilled team members; set standards; hold employees accountable.
  • Communicate company expectations and policies.
  • Address performance issues; provide ongoing feedback.
  • Use EOS data for workplace improvement; recognize performance.
  • Follow policies, maintain records, and complete reviews.
  • Oversee operations ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.
  • Ensure proper procedures by dealers; verify transactions.
  • Monitor game activity; settle disputes; escalate when needed.
  • Verify credit issuance procedures.
  • Motivate dealers to provide excellent customer service and follow procedures.
  • Responsible for customer service objectives.
  • Report irregular play; serve as a role model; support initiatives.
Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; significant Table Games dealer or supervisor experience.

Skills and Experience

Excellent customer interaction, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and coaching skills. Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset. Completion of Caesars Supervisory Leadership Assessment required.

Mathematical Skills

Excellent math skills; ability to multitask.

Physical Demands

Stand and sit for extended periods; respond to visual and auditory cues; manual dexterity; maneuver stairs/escalators; tolerate environmental conditions.

Certifications and Licenses

Must qualify for and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission; may require additional licenses.

Access to Gaming Floor
