Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel seeks a Dual Rate Dealer who can operate as a Dealer or Floor Supervisor depending on business needs. You will ensure fair dealing, monitor table funds, protect assets and provide top-tier guest service while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
The role includes supervising dealers, training staff, and coordinating with pit management to optimize table game performance and promotions.
Qualifications
- Two to five years of experience with a four-year degree or equivalent.
- Technical school education in dealing specified games.
- Must comply with all state gaming regulations and licensing.
Responsibilities
- Deal cards and monitor the table monies.
- Control gaming cards and equipment.
- Protect assets by watching guests’ movements.
- Analyze gameplay for cheating or suspicious variation.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Pay wins and take losses.
- Ensure the safety of guests and employees.
- Supervise dealers and report to pit/shift manager.
- Train and evaluate staff.
- Review table activity with managers.
