Qualifications

• Previously worked as a Table Games Dealer or successfully completed a Dealer School.
• Dealer IV: All Games Dual Rate
• Dealer III: Baccarat & Roulette, or Craps or Dual Rate
• Ability to showcase dealer skills through an audition at a live casino table.
• Proven proficiency in math.
• Must be able to perform mathematical functions relevant to business needs.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and any assigned shifts.
• Ability to differentiate cheque colors and values.
• Dexterity to deal a variety of Table Games.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate and efficient dealing skills at assigned Table Games.
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in line with casino standards and programs.
• Maintain game integrity and protect casino assets.
• Assist guests in understanding the rules of play.
• Report information that may affect company goals via the chain of command.
• Supervise games when assigned.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
