Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Min four years of table games experience with at least three years in a leadership position.
• With an associate degree, min six years of table games experience with at least three years in leadership.
• Without a degree, min eight years of table games experience with at least three years in leadership.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Knowledge of Tribal Gaming Regulations and Policies and Procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Table Games department operations and staffing according to leadership directions.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget and capital plans.
• Hire, evaluate, promote, transfer, and discipline table games staff.
• Ensure all equipment and gaming chips are functional and properly maintained.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and accuracy of operations; uphold guest service standards.
• Coordinate with leadership, regulatory authorities, and vendors to support operations.
