Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking an experienced Table Games Supervisor to lead staff on an assigned shift, ensuring compliance with IGB regulations and delivering exceptional guest service. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Three years table games experience required.
• Two years in a dual-rated management level capacity or above preferred.
• Knowledge of Blackjack and Carnival Games required.
• Proficiency in at least one of Baccarat, Craps, or Roulette.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board.

Responsibilities

• Supervise table game operations on an assigned shift.
• Develop Table Games team members to provide superior guest service.
• Train team members, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance, rewards, and discipline team members.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Rate and track guests play; assist guests with markers; ensure buy-ins are correct.

The incumbent is also responsible for building relationships with players and acts as a mentor to team members to build their player development skills.
