Title: Table Games Floor Supervisor

Summary: Are you an experienced and dedicated Table Games professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join our dynamic team at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh as a Table Games Floor Supervisor! As a key member of our gaming floor, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor all games within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to gaming regulations and company policies.
2. Oversee the opening and closing of table games, conducting accurate counts as provided by dealers.
3. Conduct thorough inspections of card decks before gameplay commences.
4. Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts accurately and efficiently.
5. Maintain constant vigilance over bets and payouts, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
6. Complete rating cards for players, contributing to an enhanced customer experience.
7. Initiate and verify fills to tables, ensuring a smooth and seamless gaming operation.
8. Investigate and resolve guest complaints and concerns, adhering to established procedures.
9. Exhibit composure and sound decision-making when addressing guest demands and potential issues.
10. Monitor the volume and quality of pit business, adjusting game spread and table limits in line with established policies.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by comprehensive knowledge of various table games and dealing techniques.
2. Ideally, 1-2 years of previous experience in a Table Games supervisory role.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a table games dealer, showcasing proficiency in games such as blackjack, craps, roulette, and specialty games.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining positive team member relations.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with both guests and staff.
6. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply instructions and policies effectively.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities within standard operational contexts.
8. Outstanding customer relations skills and a team-oriented approach to work.
9. Impeccable grooming standards and the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
10. Ability to complete the pre-employment process and obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
11. Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, as per operational requirements.

Certifications:

1. Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the G2 level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods of standing and walking on the Casino floor.
