Maverick Gaming LLC in Elko, NV is hiring a Table Games Floor Supervisor to ensure compliant, smooth gaming operations across shift. You will train and supervise dealers, monitor opening/closing of games, and handle fills/credits per Nevada regulations while maintaining guest relations.

The role requires at least two years of casino supervisory experience, 21+ years old, HS diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card. Housing options are available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years casino experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of assigned gaming tables.
• Directly supervise dealers and monitor game opening/closing and shift changes.
• Ensure fills/credits are handled per regulations and policies.
• Promote positive guest relations and assist with questions or disputes.
• Maintain supplies at gaming tables and ensure proper equipment.
• Provide assistance in handling customer concerns or disputes between customers and the game/house.
• Create a positive, professional atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
