Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and a High School graduate or GED.
• Minimum two years of casino-related supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of assigned gaming tables.
• Directly supervise dealers and monitor opening/closing of games and shift changes.
• Ensure fills/credits are handled per regulations and policies.
• Promote positive guest relations and assist in resolving guest questions or disputes.
• Maintain supplies at gaming tables and ensure proper equipment is available.
• Provide assistance and expertise when addressing customer concerns or disputes between guests and the house.
• Create a positive, professional atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Encourage team members to share ideas and resolve conflicts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
