Delaware North’s Orange City Poker Room seeks a full-time Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth, professional guest experience in Orange City, Florida. The role includes overseeing table games, maintaining game integrity, and delivering excellent service to players.

The position offers $28.00 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Minimum of 2 years of poker supervisory experience, combined with professional poker dealing experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Make table decisions as necessary based on rules.
• Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players.
• Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays.
