Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time and part-time Table Games Floor Supervisors to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience, and uphold game integrity.

Qualifications

Must be [XX] years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience.
Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility.
Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
No college degree required.

Responsibilities

Make table decisions as necessary based on rules.
Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures.
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table game players.
Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays.
