Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of casino floor supervision, plus knowledge of multiple games, English proficiency, and the ability to work 21+ and on-site. Background checks and pre-employment screenings are standard.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Work requires a minimum age of 21.
• Three - five years’ casino experience required as a Floor Service Supervisor.
• Knowledge of multi-games is a plus.
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to pit operations is preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift with emphasis on guest service and game integrity.
• Verifies fill slips, credit slips, and markers pertaining to games in the area.
• Settles disputes arising from guests in the Table Games area.
• Assures guest development by interacting with guests.
• Monitors for unusual or questionable activities and reports to supervisor.
• Promotes and creates Total Reward cards for patrons.
• Maintains table game inventories and player win/losses.
• Opens, closes, and changes cards/dice and games.
